 play a seminal part in proceedings for health and safety\, environmental\,

 into difficulties because of short-comings with the expert evidence relied
  upon.\n\nThis seminar will provide regulatory practitioners\, both new an
 d seasoned alike\, with an essential update on the why\, when\, and how ex
 pert evidence is admissible. It will also provide real life case studies o
 f the successful admission of expert evidence\, and examples of when exper
