 KC\nBarrister\, Henderson Chambers\n\nTim is widely acknowledged by Chambe
 rs UK and Legal 500 as being one of the Bar’s leaders in health and safe
 ty work. He has been instructed in the most complex and serious investigat
 ions concerning corporate manslaughter and gross negligence manslaughter a
 s well as the full spectrum of HSWA offences. Tim often advises very large
  corporate clients on the health and safety aspects of high-value commerci
 al disputes.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nLucy McCormick\nBarrister
 \, Henderson Chambers\n\nLucy is a commercial barrister with a particular 
 emphasis on product liability\, personal injury\, inquests and related are
 as. She has experience attending inquests on behalf of insurers\, families
  and the state. She is presently instructed in the Covid Inquiry. Lucy has
  particular experience acting for and against parties who lack capacity or
  are otherwise vulnerable\, and is experienced in the practical and proced
 ural issues this raises. Lucy is a member of the Health and Safety Lawyers
 ’ Association (HSLA) and the Personal Injuries Bar Association (PIBA).\n
 \n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThomas Mallon\nBarrister\, Henderson Chambers\n\nT
 homas practices across Henderson’s areas of expertise and has developed 
 a strong health\, safety\, and regulatory practice as part of this. Recent
  instructions include appearing as junior counsel for the successful Appel
 lant in London Borough of Barking and Dagenham v Argos Limited [2022] EWHC
  1398 (Admin)\, where the Respondent has sought permission to appeal to th
 e Supreme Court\; advising as junior counsel on compliance with the specif
 ic duties placed on manufacturers by the HSWA 1974 as part of a £100 mill
 ion contractual dispute\; and representing a school as sole counsel at a 4
 -week inquest following the tragic suicide of a child diagnosed with autis
 m. He completed his first 12 months of pupillage at criminal set before mo
 ving to Henderson\, and so has first-hand experience representing clients 
 in the Magistrates' and Crown courts. He is a member of COMBAR and the Gov
 ernment Legal Department junior scheme.\n\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nBookings close a
