He has been instructed in the most complex and serious investigat ions concerning corporate manslaughter and gross negligence manslaughter a s well as the full spectrum of HSWA offences. Tim often advises very large corporate clients on the health and safety aspects of high-value commerci al disputes.\n\n \;\n\n \;\n\n \;\n\nLucy McCormick\nBarrister \, Henderson Chambers\n\nLucy is a commercial barrister with a particular emphasis on product liability\, personal injury\, inquests and related are as. She has experience attending inquests on behalf of insurers\, families and the state. She is presently instructed in the Covid Inquiry. Lucy has particular experience acting for and against parties who lack capacity or are otherwise vulnerable\, and is experienced in the practical and proced ural issues this raises.
