 nderson Chambers\n\nTim is widely acknowledged by Chambers UK and Legal 50
 0 as being one of the Bar’s leaders in health and safety work. He has be
 en instructed in the most complex and serious investigations concerning co
 rporate manslaughter and gross negligence manslaughter as well as the full
  spectrum of HSWA offences. Tim often advises very large corporate clients
  on the health and safety aspects of high value commercial disputes.\n\n&n
 bsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nLucy McCormick\nBarrister\, Henderson Chamb
 ers\n\nLucy is a commercial barrister with a particular emphasis on produc
 t liability\, personal injury\, inquests and related areas. She has experi
 ence attending inquests on behalf of insurers\, families and the state. Sh
 e is presently instructed in the Covid Inquiry. Lucy has particular experi
 ence acting for and against parties who lack capacity or are otherwise vul
 nerable\, and is experienced in the practical and procedural issues this r
 aises. Lucy is a member of the Health and Safety Lawyers’ Association (H
 SLA) and the Personal Injuries Bar Association (PIBA).\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp
 \;\n\nThomas Mallon\nBarrister\, Henderson Chambers\n\nThomas practices ac
 ross Henderson’s areas of expertise and has developed a strong health\, 
 safety\, and regulatory practice as part of this. Recent instructions incl
 ude appearing as junior counsel for the successful Appellant in London Bor
 ough of Barking and Dagenham v Argos Limited [2022] EWHC 1398 (Admin)\, wh
 ere the Respondent has sought permission to appeal to the Supreme Court\; 
 advising as junior counsel on compliance with the specific duties placed o
 n manufacturers by the HSWA 1974 as part of a £100 million contractual di
 spute\; and representing a school as sole counsel at a 4-week inquest foll
 owing the tragic suicide of a child diagnosed with autism. He completed hi
 s first 12 months of pupillage at criminal set before moving to Henderson\
 , and so has first-hand experience representing clients in the Magistrates
 ' and Crown courts. He is a member of COMBAR and the Government Legal Depa
