Building Safety and Fire Safety Webinar

The event will outline the recent developments relating to building and fire safety reform.

In particular, Sean and Katherine will consider the recent publication of draft regulations intended to support the Building Safety Bill.

These include not only provisions relating to “Higher-Risk” buildings but also the new requirements set out in the Building (Appointment of Persons, Industry Competence and Duty Holders) (England) Regulations with wider implications for practitioners advising on building-related safety issues.
