The meeting and vote is open to all current HSLA members – any member wishing to attend should use the booking link below.

Special Resolution
It is resolved that due to the current pandemic within the UK and the practical and organisational issues arising, the HSLA Rules relating to the holding of annual AGM and associated term of HSLA officers should be amended to provide for the following:
That the current AGM period and the terms of the officers due to expire in 2021 set out below should be extended until an AGM to be held in person on Friday 20 May 2022 at Fishmongers’ Hall, London Bridge, London EC4R 9EL

That the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting be considered as Notice for the AGM of 2022 and that the Notice period under the HSLA Rules be amended accordingly.
